I am a changed man, buh-bye Canon...
"Long time Canon user here. Pretty old school lover of the optical viewfinder and non-believer of mirrorless until this beast had surfaced. My experience does not include the use of Sony/Zeiss since I only have Canon glass to use with my Metabones adapter but the AF on this combination has been fast and accurate so far with the Canon 24-70mm 2.8 Mark II.
Dynamic range is a huge improvement over the Canon systems, along with the AF system.
This thing just doesn't know when to stop. The resolution is just ridiculous and is giving
my Mac Pro 3.7ghz Quad Core, 32gb ram, 2gb AMD FirePro a run for performance.
Luckily I upgraded my computer not too long ago because my old Mac Pro probably would have died.
Anyways without getting into a long review, I am a believer! I will be leaving Canon after 12 years,
it's finally time to say goodbye...

"This camera is changing photography standards. The BSI sensor makes responsiveness so much better since the Audio Digital Converter (ADC) is on the sensor. It speeds everything up and provides the best overall dynamic range available on a full frame sensor. The bonus of the BSI sensor is fast auto focus. The IBIS built in stabilization lets you take any manual focus lens or Sony native and shoot at low shutter speeds with surprisingly crisp results. ISO performance is excellent. Use Capture One and shoot raw if possible to obtain the best shot results with great color. The native lenses available are growing on a monthly basis as lens makers, especially Zeiss, poor a lot of investment into development lately. The camera is light and stealthy. It's perfect for street, landscape, low-light photography and the tilt LCD lets you get low to the ground for excellent perspectives. I've been with Sony since the NEX-7 and am amazed at the innovation going on with the company and their dedication to the sensor and imaging divisions. Mirrorless is the way to go if you're just getting into photography or if you're tired of stagnating innovation from DSLR camera makers. Many DSLR users are migrating to this camera with their lenses and the metabones adapters. The technology is here to stay and Sony has a three year lead on any other company at present.
